Thank you for stopping by! My name is Martin Goldsmith, a licensed California real estate agent in Rancho Cucamonga! Lets talk about walking into this Pod Cast! WOW, what and exciting and nerve racking experience discussing my weight loss journey on the air! So truths to this: 2009 I had a Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass surgery which caused me to have emergency surgery to correct an adhesion. This surgery caused peritonitis which landed me in the ICU for over a week while I recovered. The next year and half I saw my weight melt away, but I kept challenging myself to eat more, meanwhile I wasn’t active. Unfortunately without the commitment I have today I slowly gained all the weight back. I was miserable! Unhappy in my own skin, I found myself self implosive and divorced a couple of years later. Post divorce I found myself through meditation and commitment to personal health and wellness! Im hitting the gym 6-7 days a week, on a strict diet regimen and continue to maintain! My lowest weight was an unhealthy 185lbs with no muscle tone. Today Im just about 200lbs in peak physical and mental shape! Yes, there was a point of 150lbs of weight loss! I started my fitness transformation at a 33% body fat percentage where currently I maintain 18%. You can find me gym ratting around Rancho Cucamonga and the surrounding cities as I always have a gym bag wherever I go!
